I think Harvey is more guilty of sexual assault than rape. I haven't heard a story where he Drugs someone and fricks them against their will. He's the type that gives them the choice between a career or doing sexual favors for him.
Doesn't make him any less despicable, but if I were a prosecutor, that would be my charge against him to maximize the chances of conviction.

Harvey Weinstein is a bully because the majority of men he comes into contact with in Hollywood are emasculated betas whose idea of toughness is having to make your own coffee instead of ordering a latte.

First off, what does a $5 million scholarship foundation for women have to do with going after the NRA and Trump??
Second, he stated how he plans to take " a leave of absence from my company and to deal with this issue head on" and in the very next paragraph he follows up with "i'm going to give the NRA my full attention". Da fuq??
