I realize what size of bucket is. But isn't an intelligence quotient how quickly one learns something from scratch? THEN how much they can retain/size of bucket?

It's pretty well divided by national origin, but that is probably more of a function of previous and current foreign policy than it is domestic policy.

For sure... And tbh i wanted to move away from the political side of this discussion (even tho i brought it up). I am much more knowledgeable on science topics in general plus my post was a bit over provocative.

If you look around the world, you will see that average IQ correlates perfectly with geographical location. Those in the tropics and sub-tropics are typically dumber than those in temperate and arctic regions. If you think about it from an evolutionary perspective, it makes sense. People in the colder harsher climates had to think and plan ahead to survive. They couldn't just sit around under a palm tree eating coconuts and lying around in the sun all day.

We know from DNA testing that whites and Asians were the same people back in history (about 40,000 years ago). Humans left Africa about 75,000 years ago and when they hit Eurasia they slowly split-off into "whites" and Asians. Some went East and became Asians, some went west into Europe (the first evidence of Home Sapiens in Europe is about 40,000 years old).

In any case, fast forward to today. Bushmen in Africa have the lowest IQ (65) followed by Australoids (70). Next would be West Africans (75), then African-Americans (85). After that would be native Americans, Southeast Asians and Pacific Islanders (85-90), people in the middle-east (90-95) and then whites (100) and East Asians (105). And, finally, the master race (Ashkenazi Jews) have the highest IQ of all coming it at 115 on average.

There is some debate about the right and left tails of the bell curve. For instance, we know that there are more retarded men than there are retarded women (retarded being defined as an IQ of 70 or below), but there's also more male geniuses than female geniuses (that is people at extremely high IQ levels). Likewise, it could be that Asians have a higher average IQ but don't have as many geniuses as whites. That last part is speculative and is based on the observation that whites have outperformed East Asians throughout history with inventions, scientific achievements, etc. Pretty much the entire scientific revolution from the Renaissance forward was done by white males (men like Galileo, Newton, Copernicus, Kepler leading the way) with a smattering of Jews thrown in. Asians were conspicuously absent from this revolution, even though they have caught up somewhat in the last 50 years.

Not true. We know that evolution can happen on shorter time scales. A good example is the gene for lactose tolerance. It is found in the vast majority of whites, but is almost 100% absent in Asians and blacks. We also know that this gene only arose in the past few thousand years.

Why did it arise? Because whites on the Pontic-Caspian Steppes were cattle herders and their diet consisted almost wholly of meat and milk (we know this through archaeological digs). Why did they choose to live off cattle and horses? Simple. They just so happened to have a lot of wild cattle and horses on the Eurasian steppes that they could hunt and they didn't have many other dietary choices.

Contrast this to whites who were already in Europe who were farmers and didn't eat dairy at all. They lived off grains, vegetables and wild game. Eventually the whites on the Eurasian steppes invaded Europe (from Russia) and conquered the natives. They brought their genes for lactose tolerance with them and now most Europeans have the gene.

I can't prove a negative. Intelligence is probably an advantage everywhere, but it is probably more necessary in harsh climates where only a few survived.
