Averaged out, it has to be A.

I bring prepared meals to heat up or cook something quick in the kitchen almost everyday.

It used to be D, but that added up quick.

Then I was a fan of the unwich from Jimmy John's. Double the meat and add a pickle and it came out to $10. Just got burned out on them.

Newest kick are the Healthy Choice Power Bowls, an apple, and a pack of nuts. So I'm probably in the B range now.

Some form of baked chicken or fish with rice and veggies. Yes I'm boring but just trying to be healthy. $30 may be a stretch but easily under $40.

I did spend $40 on breakfast for the office this morning

I do that on a semi-regular basis also. Take 'em out to lunch once a month or so. Of course they definitely earned it.

I hate bringing leftovers so I eat at the work cafeteria a lot.
I go out to eat for free at least once a week on someone else's dime.

I bring my own sandwich, keep a bag of chips in my car, and usually buy a big water or Gatorade at lunch time.

Sometimes under $5 (when I bring from home).

Sometimes over $30 when we go to a nice place (like today)

it depends. Some days I get table service, but mostly I like to be around $12-16.

I have some cheap arse spots too. Such as Costco. But my two favorite cheap spots are Little Chinatown in kenner which has a huge $6.99 lunch menu and then I have leftovers too.
But the best kept secret in NOLA is the ol Ghetto Buffet. $6.99 all you can eat soul food on Bayou drive at Broad (behind mchardys chicken) good gumbo, bone in fried chicken, smothered pork chops, greens, salisbury steak, fried fish, and it's seasoned and really good.
It's hood as hell, signs everywhere reminding you sharing is stealing and pictures of people who used fake money, for a $6.99 buffet.
If I'm treating lunch, I go there or Chinatown.

I have a blog of all the best places in jp and another in nola for lunch under $10.
