NFL Kneel Protest Resolved by One Simple Rule.

The Commissioner needs to do something, otherwise this will not end. The solution? Have the whole team in the locker room for the Anthem - just like it is done in college. That way the forum is taken away for these players to "take a stand against police oppression" or "stick it to Donald" or "they said don't kneel, so dammit I'm going to kneel and show them!"
Keep the players in the locker room. shite is solved. Everyone can move on and we can just get back to football. I am sick of this topic and the media/ESPN make it worse every day, including our President - if you can call him such.
Good day, gentleman.

Or just let them continue what they are doing It's grown men, people need to quit getting so butt raped about it. Most of these players that have been interviewed, even Kaepernick have stated how much they respect the flag and their country. Most of them are trying to get their point across and if it upsets people then it gets people talking. Most of them also donate tons of money and time into helping kids make better choices.
I would never sit for the anthem, ever, at least as long as I"m able to stand. Just like most republican Trump lovers aren't neo-nazi racists, most people who are bringing awareness for minority issues aren't wanting your paycheck to buy themselves beer. It's insane how much a handful of players sitting with their hands over their hearts on a roster of 45 (game day) players can make life long Saints fans turn in their cards.
The awareness they are wanting to bring is bigger than Trump, or the R and D parties. Sure there may be better ways to do it, but it's the choice they made to do it this way. When it comes down to it, I only care about the 4 quarters of football and who wins the game.

I understand they are grown men and have the right to do as they please so long as it is peaceful. What I am saying is that I am tired of this being a HEADLINE in football. I turn on ESPN and they talk about kneeling and protesting and it really turns me off - as well as many other people. I will always watch the Saints, protest or no protest.
This whole kneeling thing is so over analyzed and brought up. For just football purposes and as a fan, I want to get back to the game. Every single interview topic is about the protest; not whether a qb had the game of his life and threw for 300 and 3 tds. The first question is, "what is your take on the president and the protest going on around the league?" I am over it, so are a lot of people, for it or against it. Just move on. The easiest solution is just to keep the players in the locker room until this mess blows over.

they already have a rule that says they must stand and put hand over heart for national anthem, its not voluntary.
they just side with the racists and allow the rule to go unenforced

You're the problem, bud. This post had Zero to do with race and you go ahead and pull the card. Pure stupidity.

This entire thing IS about race, and the fact that you're "over it" just demonstrates your own stupidity and white privilege.
I'm pretty sure the families of the dead unarmed men aren't "over it," jackass.

The reason it blew up over the weekend because our retard for a president made stupid remarks about the people kneeling...I get why Kap started it but this weekend had nothing to do with that.

Let me guess you saw some awesome facebook post told you about this rule. I bet what you didnt do was google the NFL rulebook and check that section to only to discover IT DOESNT EXIST.

This is the typical Leftist anti-Trump tactic...this schtick is old...all else fails, pull the race card! Everyone is not up in arms about quieting or eliminating the "protest" nor is anyone attempting to stop the call to attention....to the BLM movement...to protest what Trump said...or any other agenda or concern they have....I think those individuals should be heard. Why can't anyone acknowledge that the "method" in which these individuals are trying to communicate their message by disrespecting the Anthem and Flag offends ALL Patriots of this country? ...That's it! That's the point, it's not going to go away either...Someone needs to take some lessons from Dallas or Pittsburgh...You are not going to say frick You to this country and hide under the race table and blame mean old Trump! I AGREE with the players, I do not agree with how they conducted themselves Sunday and contrary to Internet belief, they are NOT protected under freedom of Speech in the first amendment. FOS is not absolute especially when funded by Federal and State funds. Start a movement, hold hands, march to Washington, assemble, wear anti Trump Shirts, I don't care...just don't represent me, my state or use my tax dollars to disrespect my Anthem and my Flag. Beyond that, have at it....this is not about race....

Nah, that would take a real brain to do something like that.

Go and listen to Interview from Colin after he knelt and come up with a solution for that. period point blank. This has nothing to do with the anthem or military it has to do with civilian Americans who never served their country
