Yeah a lot of my friends stopped playing, then the whole mechs thing came and I was just like man, do I really want to keep playing this until they make some positive changes?
I’d prolly get hooked back if I had a consistent group that played later at night and if they took the mechs out

Mechs really aren't that strong anymore, and if you team focus them they go down real quick.
I think the game is in a pretty good state right now, but it'll be interesting to see how it is moving forward since public matches are gonna be matchmaking based going forward. They are also adding Bots to the lobbies, which will act like players and their presence will diminish as you move higher up. Here was their update today.
