How do O-T men deal with heartbreak?

I've had issues with alcohol in the past, so I don't want to drink. I have someone who I could probably hit up for the rebound, but the idea of anyone but my ex is repulsive. Ive lost my appetite for most of the time but ice cream helped last night. I'm having a bro night tonight and they get to hit me if I talk about her. Church in the AM should help. Sorry for being incoherent, any advice?
