Yea me too man. It's better for me to just go without rather than have something like that happen. I would feel like I had the moral high ground to kill somebody that accused me of something like that knowing I am innocent. She showed him no mercy, so she would receive no mercy from me. The MIL too. I'm Old Testament not turn the other cheek. I feel for your buddy rebeloak.

I know a single mother who married an older man 20 years her senior. He owned his own roofing business and was a big strapping all-around handi-man.

So she found her provider & protector for her & her son, and admits she selfishly married him for that, not out of love.

Her son died tragically in his 20's, and the man had her son buried in one of his plots. For a time, the couple grew closer.

Flash forward 30 years, he's in his 80's; she's in her 60's. After years of indifference and a loveless foundation, they hate each other, and fight over every single thing daily.

It gets so bad during the divorce, he tells her he wants her son out of his plot. He said if she didn't get the son out, he'd dig him out himself, and feed stray dogs with the bones!

My buddy just served his wife this week. She's been cheating on him for a while and he's caught her before. She claims that the Jody is raping her and she has some form of Stockholm syndrome or some shite.
For the last year he's been collecting evidence. He's got her on tape saying she's being raped by this dude, that my buddy has always been a good guy and has never harmed her. He's got pictures of them fricking.
One night this week he caught her sucking the dudes dick. Served her the next day. Wants full custody of their 2 kids and is demanding child support. Swore out a restraining order against her so she can't see her kids.
He's going scorched earth on her arse and I hope it goes well for him. He's got one of the best lawyers around and she lawyered up with a fricking moron.

Too bad he didn't listen when they were dating and we all said she was crazy, but some dudes can't think straight when they're getting pussy.

All of the horror stories I've read about this stuff are awful. I'm looking for the one, but it's things like this as to why I've not pulled the trigger yet.

If I didn't desire legitimate heirs I'd just stick to smashing strange and living alone for the rest of my life.

It's really just utterly selfish to act like that when there is an impressionable child in the middle of it.

Selfishness, plain & simple.

I'm gonna stick it to you at all cost

5 years ago went thru divorce ... after 25 yrs of marriage. I fought the system and ex, eventually won full custody of my then 13 yr old son. My daughter was 20. it was the worst experience of my life. pure hell. but I don't regret doing it. sometimes, things and people change (or don't)

every man has look in the mirror each day & be satisfied w/himself. Im fine.

It sucks. But after 4 years life is good. The ex is a MD and has paid exactly $0 for 2 of our daughters in college and Med school.

Damn he must be a real piece.

I have had a bunch of male family members get divorced in the last 5 years or so and there's only 1 that I wanted to get taken to the woodshed.

He got caught banging the babysitter.

Then your daughter would be in the position of having a mom who lied about her dad and a dad who is prison and killed her mom.

I have been in a similar position, for something related to a child, though, not divorce. Luckily I had someone who reminded me before I acted that my daughter would need me there and not in jail.

Always good to have cool heads around when crap is getting deep and personal.

The system is unfair to the Men. Not the accused. They system is biased, and in women's favor.

I've been married almost 20 yrs...if it ever went to shite, which it won't, I would never deprive her of our kids, nor would she.

Relative of mine said in court, after the judge granted half + the house to her, "well,..since I've been away from her I've gotten 3" of my dick back so I guess it all evens out".
