Yesterday, coach O stated that he knew we were in for a rough game at state because of how lethargic practices were last week. This is very concerning to me because he based his whole reputation on keeping the energy high with this program. Only three games in and the energy is gone.

He should of showed some energy to the ref after the first TD came back. He stood there gnawing on his fingernail instead.

Im wondering if the locker room is a divided house amongst players and coaches.

Competition for playings time could have caused some animosity.

This is about repetition. With kids, you have to practice it many times. Can't treat this team like a bunch of veterans because they haven't ran enough together to be consistent.
He is just too dumb to admit it and stupid to see the issues on film. Maybe the reason Miles practiced them so hard was to eliminate errors! Wtf!

Yeah that's sad. Nobody wanted to admit it but I thought this game was huge for his coaching career at lsu. He had to know that it was almost a must win game. He didn't need to have the fan support gone so early and not only did he lose but he did it in record fashion. The guy is a very likely in over his head and lsu is stuck with him for a little while. After the school sees more empty seats and lost revenues they will be forced to consider other options. Alleva and Alexander need to go soon. Then Orgeron can get lost after next year if he doesn't show big improvement.

where is the Ed O that would do shirtless pushups in homes of recruits? where is the Ed O who would drink 4-5 redbulls a day?

If we are going to go 8-4/7-5 I at least want to see some action and fire from Ed O

Well thank goodness he isn't working them so hard in practice that they have nothing left for the game

Dude is a fraud of a head coach. A liar and a fraud. This is Ole Miss 2.0 people, same shite, 12 years later

That's what bothers me. Coach O was supposed to be a really high energy guy. Not even 3 games into his tenure, he has no energy, and the team won't even play hard for him either. 3 freaking games. This is very very VERY concerning to me.

Just a small example of how the injection of energy from a interim coach is extremely hard to sustain as the permanent HC.

The guy is basically admitting to us he's failing in one of his few duties and people don't want to admit what they're seeing.

I watched one of his locker room pep talks, might have been at half or before one of the earlier games. The team so tuned out it was terrible. Wish I had link to share, it may have been a link at bottom of TD.

Anyway, ole O says "how many minutes do we play?" and team mumbles "60". "How many?", "60". The least enthusiastic shite I've ever heard. That might sound minor but you could tell he does not have this team motivated or believing.
