The Castille thing just seemed screwy from the start. Her guy is getting shot etc and all she does is video it? I do not know but something just seemed wrong about the video.

Did he shoot him with the revolver or the AK? I thought they weren't clear. I did not follow the trial as I have zoned out of this stuff for the time being.

1) Use of your personal weapon while on duty should be grounds enough for termination at least
2) If you use an AK 47 properly, there should be NO reason for anyone else to shoot

Looks like I was confused. I am thinking of the case where the Cop encountered a car full of teenagers fleeing a party, then he opened up fire on them with an AR. He did not have his body cam turned on. I believe in that case he was arrested immediately for murder. He was an Iraq vet with PTSD.
This one was a cop chasing a drug dealer while carrying his own AK-47 from home. He crashed into the guy then got out and shot him with his service pistol. He can be heard on his dashcam saying "Im gonna kill that expletive." (I don't know what the expletive was).
