LINK
It may just be me but this draft seems to be lacking star power. I'm sure that will change as the college season goes on.
Interesting that Bama doesn't have anyone mocked in the 1st rd. Are they lacking top end players this yr? I thought Hand would be a lock for the 1st rd. I know this mock draft doesn't mean anything but I thought that was interesting

Deon Cain to the Bears at #5 has the potential for a huge bust.
I quit reading when Connor Williams was listed as #6 to the Chargers.

They'll squeeze all the star power they can out of those QBs.

Would be interesting if the Giants picked Lamar Jackson.. Dallas and NYG having similar types of QBs.. would really show who is better.

Minkah will be a first round pick. Harrison has a pretty good chance. Payne will be a top 10 pick. Ridley will likely be a first rounder too.

Yeah I forgot about Minkah. That dude will def go in the 1st rd. He's a baller

I applaud them for dropping Minkah.
Minkah will be a disappointment in the NFL if he's drafted in the top 15.
Cain is too high
Rosen is insanely laughable that low. He's better than that pick.

Yeah, A guy who can play safety and corner at an elite level will be a disappointment with if he's a top 10 pick.
Dumbass.

And has top 20 skills.
ANd has top 15 skills at safety.
But the NFL freaks out about uncertainty. Is he a CB or S?
I think he'll have a spectacular career.
But his draft stock will get fricked, just watch.

just a wild guess but I think he was sarcastic

Good lord Auburn is so bad we put like 8 Clemson players in the 1st round. Thanks Gus

I can't see Lamar Jackson as a pro QB. His accuracy is all over the place

Dude was trying to hit bald eagles in the bread basket last Saturday.

Payne and Ridley will likely be first rounders for Bama

uh, yeah, this is being kind

Wilkins from Clemson won't drop that far.

That OLB is the only one of those 5 that wasn't already considered a 1st rounder a long time ago. And in the 2019 draft Dexter Lawrence was already considered a sure fire top 10 pick. Tre Lamar will be a 1st rounder in 2019 as well

Am I the only one that the link keeps changing all the names to Adrian Peterson?

All of mine say Sam Darnold
quote:
he most surprising outcome on Sunday in Week 1 in the NFL was the Sam Darnold' thrashing of the Sam Darnold on the road. Doug Marrone's team dominated in every phase of the game en route to a 29-7 victory. However, in their big divisional win, the Jaguars lost star No. 1 wideout Sam Darnold for the year with a torn ACL. The 2014 draftee is in the final year of his rookie contract, meaning, there's a reasonable chance Jacksonville will let him hit the open market next March. Because of that, the Jaguars will need an alpha receiver to replace him. Enter 6-foot-4 Sam Darnold from Sam Darnold. The high-point specialist reeled in 19 touchdowns in 2015 and 2016 and already has five scores through two games this season.
quote:
1. Cleveland Browns Sam Darnold Jr., OT, Sam Darnold. Brown Jr. has been spectacular to start the season for the Sooners. In Saturday's statement win against Sam Darnold, the 6-foot-7 monster shut down reigning Big 10 Defensive Player of the Year Sam Darnold and kept Sam Darnold and Sam Darnold at bay ... not easy tasks. His father played in the NFL for over a decade and begin his pro career in Cleveland. Brown Jr. will be the ideal candidate to ultimately man the left side of the line after Sam Darnold.
quote:
2. San Francisco 49ers Sam Darnold, QB, Sam Darnold. Sam Darnold has become the consummate bridge quarterback, and he's currently the Sam Darnold starter. Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch will likely dive incredibly deep on the 2018 quarterback class. Darnold is in need of some fine-tuning (mainly his elongated release) but plays with a gunslinger mentality and has the arm strength and accuracy to be effective at all levels of the field. His mobility and throw-on-the-run skills make him a tremendous fit in Shanahan's offense, which features plenty of boot-action.
quote:
Sam Darnold, WR, Sam Darnold. The Sam Darnold selected a pair of receivers in the 2016 draft, but neither are as naturally talented and explosive as Washington. Some of the Oklahoma State wideout's numbers may be inflated due to the Cowboys' spread-em-out attack, but the 6-foot, 200-pound pass-catcher hits home runs in seemingly every game.
quote:
4. Los Angeles Rams Sam Darnold, DE, Sam Darnold. Key has yet to play in 2017, so this is admittedly more projection than anyone else in this mock. Then again, as a 20-year-old in 2016, he had 12.5 tackles for loss and 11 sacks. At 6-foot-6 and around 250 pounds, Key is a menacing figure on the edge with a springy get off. Key had been dealing with a shoulder injury and was cleared by doctors earlier this week. If the Sam Darnold move on from Sam Darnold, Key will slide right into his spot on the outside
quote:
5. Chicago Bears Sam Darnold, WR, Sam Darnold. What will likely be three years of top-end production at a powerhouse program from a top-end athlete is reason enough for Cain to land in the top five. No, he's not the contested-catch phenom Sam Darnold was a year ago. In fact, he's quite the opposite. Cain flourishes down the field and after the catch. The Sam Darnold need to bolster their wideout group after the unfortunate injuries to Sam Darnold.
