I don't eat any sugar free items. I drink coke, water, sweet tea, and sometimes cran apple juice. I know I probably take in too much sugar and carbs.

Have you shite your pants at work yet ?
I did - Was working downtown Dallas and had ridden the train that day. We went to lunch and on the way back I shite down both legs, then had to walk to the train and ride back to my car.
With shitty britches.

Be careful with Aloe Vera. It can be a very useful element when used with vitamins and elements that need help to get fully absorbed through the gut lining.
This is also the reason to be careful with Aloe. It causes the cells in the gut to loosen up and put in you a leaky gut state. If you do this with the wrong elements in your gut it can have very negative impacts including increasing allergy symptoms.

I have GI problems. Abdominal pains, D, etc. Was put through the ringer checking for Crohns and Celiac. Both neg. I cut out processed white carbs, sugar, and alcohol. It didn't stop, but helped a bunch. I still think I have crohns, but they missed it. My joints always kill me when I have an attack.

No accidents yet. I work from home thankfully so I'm near a toilet all the time! It doesn't hit me all of a sudden where I have only minutes to get to a bathroom.

Just some friendly advice. Use baby wipes for wiping. You don't want a hemmy.

Go see a doctor before you start down the road of quackery.

What made you become a science denier? I find this mindset interesting given all the science behind whole health wellness these days.

So filled with bullshite. I'm not a science denier, I'm a pseudoscience denier. Your posts start off reasonable then veer into quackery about toxins, etc.
He needs to see a real doctor, not a nutraceutical snake oil salesman. Probiotics may be fine, if, if, they actually survive the stomach. Not all brands do. First, though, other issues need to be ruled out by a professional.

What part of my post did you have issue with? I'd be happy to link you to the studies.

Don't forget magnesium. That is a very important element that people aren't getting enough of that plays a big role in gut health.

The part about Roundup altering gluten. The one about artificial sweetners altering types of bacteria in the gut. The studies you will link say "may", yet you seem to take it as gospel. Your assumption that he needs to rid his gut of fungus when you have no clue about what is going on with him.

magnesium will just make you go even more
