Seriously, I don't understand people who think they don't have to evacuate.
I guess some people don't want to be inconvenienced, some people might not have the means to go somewhere on their own and they would rather ride it out than be with the poor and homeless, but if there are people who think "I will be fine. Nothing is going to happen to me".. Are these people the type who don't think certain things could happen to them? Are they risk takers.. What? I don't get it... Especially Key West..
