You do know that there's no test for impairment don't you?
All they can test for is metabolites. You can smoke a joint and not be high 4 hours later. The metabolites will test positive for a month.

This is a generational argument, when the 65+ generation dies off, apologies to 85% of the posters on this board, there will be common sense drug laws.
And as a Democrat I would absolutely choke Obama out for not taking weed off the schedule or reclassing. No excuse for not doing that.

I'm also pissed at Obama for not doing the most pardons in Presidential history by pardoning all non-violent drug offenders. He should have done it and would have drastically helped his legacy. No one is expecting this from Trump, but plenty were from Obama.
