Its easy to blanket this under that pretense, if you believe life is black and white and has no nuances. they reproduce at greater rates anyways, theres nothing anyone can stop about that.

Yes.

And both were dealt with LEGALLY.

Slavery and prohibition were abolished legally through the amendment process.
