LEO will put a stop to these situations soon.
They are training their officers to draw their own blood without having to go to health professionals.
Nothing bad will come of that, right?

I'm pretty sure that is what this LEO was trying to do. Draw the blood on his own. The nurse was just preventing access to the patient.
