I'd defintely hand off either Widow's Wail or Heartsbane to the Hound, Tormund, or Jorah.

I think Jamie is still a good enough fighter (and more to the point, enough of a main character) that he will wield Widow's Wail until the end or he dies whichever comes first.
Agree about Heartsbane. But who you give it to is an interesting question indeed. My pick would be the Hound. I don't think Tormund is really a swordsman. An axe is more his forte and dragonglass axes seem to be pretty practicable. Jorah is a good choice but if he is going to wield Vayarian steel I think it would be Longclaw if Jon is either incapacitated or flying a dragon.
I'd love to see the following going up against some white walkers:
Brienne with Oathkeeper
Jamie with Widows Wail
Hound with Heartsbane
Jon (or Jorah) with Longclaw
I'd also love to see somebody with Dawn to see how it does against WW/Wights but I guess it's too late for that unless they maybe pop a Dayne on us with the Golden Company. That doesn't seem very likely though.
