Gut quickly. Studs need to breathe.

Get AC running stat. It dehumidifies.

Wear gloves. Keep hands clean while demoing. I didn't and was getting an IV of fluids after shitting out everything in my body.

Get a timestamp app for pictures and take a ton of them.

Tetnis shot. Get it ASAP.

Turn off electricity to house before water gets in.

Alternate water and beer while demoing. It's better for the soul that way.

This right here. And if you can't start gutting immediately, get fresh air in asap until you can. Open all windows or bust them out if you have to. After Katrina, we couldn't get into my grandmother's house for two days, it was all boarded up tight, our cordless drills were all lost, no crobars and the house was flooded by 10 feet of water. Finally got in there after two days and the thing was a life-sized petri dish, floor to ceiling. My parent's house, otoh, had all the windows blasted out, so it had air circulating immediately.
