Randy Livingston was pretty damn good too. I can only speak for who I have seen or played against..

I would think that Robert Parish would be in that number. Very few even know who Greg Procell is or was. I also think the Knicks had a good center that was from La.

From what I've heard, he could get it. And played with one of the all-time great names: Tootsie Roll Meshel.

I just read where Procell scored 6,702 points in high school. A coach called the Ebarb offense "Run and Shoot, Holler and Foller."

Scales was from Dallas.
How about Willis Reed?

Randy Livingston without a doubt.

Greg Procell shot almost entirely from behind the three point line, and I don't think there was even a three point line in those days. Scored over 100 in one game as I recall. I saw him play a couple of times. Probably the best pure shooter I ever saw, and the competition was pretty good, mostly Sabine Parish schools like Florein, Negreet, Zwolle, Pleasant Hill etc. Always produced the Class C and sometimes Class B state champions. Best player, probably not. Shooter, it would be hard to find one better.

define "greatest" h/s only? or entire basketball career?
alot of no names had better careers in h/s
hell even recently tweety carter avg nearly 50 a game for 5 years in h/s(played as a 8th grader)
torris bright avg a ton at slidel
Lester Earl avg'd bout 6 dunks a game... but couldnt hit side of barn from more then 3 foot out...

Would have to say Anthony Aucoin- Woodlawn BR 91-94. Had close to 3700 points for his career. Shut down Randy Livingston while putting up close to 30 on him and also put up 48 on Lester Earl among anybody else he went up against. The best ive seen
