I've only used gas powered.
And it seems like electrical coupled with water could be an issue

Electric if you want to water the plants from a distance.
Gas for any type of pressure cleaning.

Unless you are going with a super high end commmercial electric with a high GPM get a gas. I have a 2000 psi electric but I only use that on my cars. Not enough to clean any spanse of concrete or brick

Haha. Okay. I really didn't know if any of the electric ones were worth a shite or not. Seems no so far.
You're not going to find an electric pressure washer that pushes more than 2 gallons per minute without spending an absolute fortune. Electric has its merits, but I'd go with a gas model.

Would the gas be too much pressure to use for vehicles?
You adjust pressure with the tip sizes.

I have a 2000psi electric and it has worked fine cleaning brick, concrete, deck and siding.
I prefer the convenience of not having to deal with gasoline.

I have a Sun Joe electric pressure washer I got from Walmart for like $150.
It's 2030 PSI, 1.76 gallons per minute.
It cleans bricks easily. I also did my whole concrete driveway with it. It got the job done but I'm sure it takes longer than with a gas pressure washer because in order to get the pressure needed to remove the dirt from the concrete, you have to hold the nozzle fairly close to the ground which reduces the width of the fan of water spraying out of the nozzle.
I'm assuming with more power that you can get from a gas pressure washer that you can spray a wider fan of water and clean large areas much quicker.

Look into renting a real high powered gas one. I purchased a gas and it takes me a long time to do the cleaning that I need to do. Plus I haven't touched it in about 5 years. I wish I had just rented.
