Looking to buy a 2017 Pilot EX-L and just trying to see what kinda pricing people might be getting.

Check Truecar, their prices are accurate from what I have seen...Also check out the Dealer Cost here. Between Dealer cost and truecar will be a good deal.

Once you are comfortable with what a fair price is, email local dealerships and ask for a quote on the exact vehicle you are looking for (try and leave out color in specs, unless you really care).

Bought a new 2016 in 16' for 43,000. Wouldn't budge on price because of high demand.

PS I'd look at the touring model because of lane assist and gps. I goofed on that

We went to buy a 2016 Elite in Dec 2015 and they wouldn't budge on the price plus they added lighted running boards ($2k extra). So we went next door to the Toyota dealership and bought a Highlander that same day. It wasn't the fact that they wouldn't budge on the price, it was their overall attitude.

The wife and I went drive a Touring Elite last week. Super nice SUV. Plenty power, very spacious. It was a demo with 5K miles for 40K. We decided against it since we have a 2016 Malibu Premier. But it will be a great buy!

So far the best price i have gotten is from Honda of Covington... waiting for team or Richards to beat their price. Tiger Honda in Gonzales told me they couldn't do any better than their initial quote

If you are willing to take a drive to the Houston area to pick up a vehicle, you should be able to get close to invoice ($3-4K off MSRP)

We looked at them pretty heavily before we made our purchase a month ago. If you can find a new EX-L for under 34K (before taxes), I think you've found a pretty dang good deal. Used w/ 30K-ish miles around 32K.

I've got one quote that's just under 34... seems like the best price so far.

Does that include destination? Right at/under $34 including destination seems like a good price for an EX-L. I negotiated an Elite for my brother in the Houston area to just over $43 + TTL.

That I'm not sure of... I just emailed the salesmen to ask if the quoted price included everything except ttl.

Ended up buying from Richards. They give me a price I was good with (a little under 34k). It ended up being about 2.5k less than we had paid for her 16 Pilot ex-l right after the flood last year so I was pleased. Although we added a couple thousand in what we owe, our note is only about 5 bucks more a month.
