I've only listened to about 4 full titles (all parts complete) and it's still the gold standard in my book...Blueprint for Armageddon is the most impressive detail wise. He really worked his arse off on that one.

Common Sense is not a history Podcast. It's political. And good
ETA: I have not listened to a single Hardcore History that I have not liked. Not one. The American Peril is great. Listen to that and then Blueprint for Armageddon and watch the puzzle pieces fall into place. Follow that up with Ghosts of the Ostfront. It's a great string of history.
The Fall of the Republic is also one I'd highly recommend. He tries to delve into the minds of Ancient Romans and how they were basically brainwashed to excel at all costs.

I'm listening to all of them sequentially. Bought the $70 package that includes the first 49. I'm on 5 of 6 in Death Throes of the Republic.

I preferred death throes, but it can be a bit long in the tooth, even by Carlin standards.
Punic Nightmares was cool too though. I didn't know much about carthage aside from hannibal, so it kept me interested

How is it? I'm about halfway through SPQR by Mary beard and it's brought back my love of Rome.
Damn I'm a fricking history nerd.

Excellent. But don't go near it if you are the least bit down. Frickin depressing.

Pickit. They are all fantastic. Prophets of Doom is weirdly fascinating.

I bought the $70 package as well and listened to them in order. I have to say they are all good. The ones about WW1&2 were great, Wrath of the Khans the Martin Luther one, Destroyer of Worlds all were great. Highly recommend Common Sense, totally different than his podcast but good nevertheless.

Armageddon is one of the best things I've ever listened to. I binged it in a week while driving all over Texas for a project. Made that project fly by.

On part 4 of his WWI podcast. Really really enjoying it.

My only issue with ostfront is his beginning with the bone fields of volgograd. It's widely accepted to be a false story with zero substantial evidence yet he portrays it as fact. Only part that rubs me the wrong way because he's usually meticulous in his research and doesn't include stuff that can't be backed up.

Ghost of the Ostfront covers the entire Eastern Front and he dabbles a little into the Western Front but not much.

Haven't listened to his stuff in a while but loved it when I did. Sometimes he can be a little over the top, but it's great stuff.
The one bad thing that comes from him is the number of assholes on this forum that think they're geniuses for knowing about Gavrilo Princip.
