You don't know how.muvh business she may have lost over it

One article said she went from booking 75-80 weddings a year to 2. They also gloated when they figured they had shut her down.

They had a contract and all this was over a $125 fee in the contract. They later had a tantrum so she agreed to waive the fee, but found out they had already contacted multiple news outlets, blogged, and ran game on her all over social media.

old and having the luxury to look back, its amazing what people, mostly women, will spend on weddings and the fine details they will go through...

Planning one now, well fiancé and her mother are. I had no idea how expensive some of this stuff cost. A 4 their cake - $2000 - groom cake $500 - flowers - $15k give or take - Band from Atl coming to Nola $10k - photographer another $10k give or take

I have not even mentioned how much the reception, food and booze will cost.

I'll go ahead and assume the couple was not pleased with the photographer's services and lashed out on social media, then she sued them.

Sounds more like the couple was cheap.

“She basically didn’t read her paperwork or contract,” Polito said. “She just couldn’t understand why she couldn’t have her high-res images. It’s in bold in our contract.”

In the midst of this, Polito’s lawyers argued in court, Andrew and Neely Moldovan began emailing reporters across Dallas and beyond — promoting a looming news story to their friends and fans.

“I’m going apes--- on our photographer,” Andrew Moldovan texted a friend on Jan. 12, 2015, according to transcripts Polito’s lawyer shared with The Post. “We want our f---ing wedding album, which we already paid for.”

We are hoping that our story makes the news and completely ruins her business,” Neely Moldovan wrote to someone the same day, according to court records.

Moral of the story...read the fricking contract. Or, if you choose not to, don't try and ruin someone's business over it. This is pretty much textbook defamation and it's not like a $125 fee for an album cover in wedding photography contract is unconscionable. And the wife is a full-time beauty blogger so whatever little sympathy I had has completely vanished.

Sure, they won't be able to get anywhere near the $1 million from this couple but this judgment will make their lives hell. Good.

None of this is even remotely necessary, yet people act like they HAVE to spend this kind of money on a wedding.

You say that....

What if the reason why it's so high is because she was able to prove that after the campaign started her business went to essentially zero.....

Agreed.
quote:

In an interview with NBC 5 in January 2015, the Moldovans said that Polito's office manager told them unless they paid the fee for a cover their photo album would be forfeited. In the 2015 interview with NBC 5, Moldovan argued "An album comes with a cover. It’s a component of an album. It’s a book.”

In January 2015, Polito didn't want to go on camera, but said she'd "be more than happy to address any inquiries in writing via email." In an email to NBC 5 at that time, Polito said, “While they have already paid for the cost of the album, they did not pay for the cost of the cover, which is an a la carte item due to the variation of covers available." Polito added that her order form “clearly states that the cover is not included in the wedding package and is an additional charge.”

Because of you don't drop more on your wedding than you do on your car, you don't love them.

I guarantee you it's not.

She was booking 75+ events a year before the slanderous accusations. She's down to 1-2.

That was 3 years ago.

At $5,000/event that's $375k she's already out.

I was being conservative for the purposes of the conversation. I'd imagine she charges more for elaborate weddings with additional staff. But isn't going to charge $5k to do a portrait shoot one afternoon.

If this is the case the OT would have $75k weddings and give out gift baskets of truck nuts and yeti stickers
