Possibly I didn't explain fully. Russian ships pull into Havana all the time. Who do you think supplied Havana during the embargo? This is the extent I meant.

And Cuba needed stuff from anyone. Us opening relations could have cut off that need and allowed us better access to spy, but that is a debate for a different thread.

If your boy didn't have the negotiating skills of a 5 year old perhaps this could have been addressed.

If there is any truth to this, then we will have to be acting soon. Kim whatever the hell his name is has been poking the rest of the world with a stick for years now. I read an article the other day from one of our Generals saying that we can take NK out pretty quick, no doubt about it but that it will cause MASSIVE loss of life, possibly on both sides if they are able to get off an attack on SK. I don't know what the solution is here. Negotiations and sanctions obviously aren't going to cut it. I can't help but think that Kim isn't stupid enough to actually attack but he's obviously insane so I guess it's a real possibility. Man, the second guessing we will do if he starts bombarding SK tomorrow and kills 5000+ of our soldiers before we can stop it. That is a horrible scenario to think about.

I hate to think the North Korean people are going to pay the ultimate price for what their insane leadership is doing. Think about it, not only are these people starving and dying because of this shitty regime, they probably have no idea what is actually happening. And we're about to smoke a shite-ton of them to boot.
Surely we've been studying that armpit of a country for 60 plus years, and know what to hit first. We should be able to somewhat emulate Gulf War 1, cut their comms, and then lay waste to their capabilities.
The real question is, what does Russia and China do, when we do it?
Oh, and frick you Bill Clinton and the democrat party for making this situation a thousand times worse. I'll be thanking Obama and the democrats the same way in ten years or so for fricking us with Iran.

No way. The media laps it up every time the military does something aggressive. War is great for ratings. Americans love watching 'splosions and faking patriotism from the safety of their living rooms.

So you think the Democratic administrations should have gone to war with North Korea and Iran, but the Republican administrations shouldn't have, or get a free pass? Are you capable of understanding how ridiculous this is?
Why would America want to go to war with either of these?

I think China would invade NK before we do. I know there NK only real ally, but they don't want the US to make NK into a SK and have US troops on their border. They also don't want to go to war with the US. It just makes more sense for them to invade NK kill that little fat dictator of theirs, and replace him with a pro-china leader.

She's right about wasting your time if there are no consequences. Keyword for today, boys and girls: CONSEQUENCES. That's what political correctness gets you. If it inconveniences the offending party one iota, then you have to do something else.... because maybe they're really good people way down deep, and you just have to give them a chance. Right... ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconPimp.gif)

You don't even seem to know what we're talking about, and you question my understanding? Google that shite up dude. Were the only options for Bubba going to war with NK, or bending over and letting them assrape us in some kind of deal that paid them millions, if not billions, and obviously held intact, or at least did nothing to stop, their progression toward a nuclear capability?
I'll go find the quote from frickstick Clinton after the deal with NK if you'd like, but you won't. In exchange for millions of taxpayer dollars and much more, frickstick essentially promised "peace in our time' with NK. He managed to achieve the same results as Chamberlain also.
Obama did the same with Iran, except instead of being a welfare case for China, Iran is sitting on billions or trillions in oil. It won't take them as long to threaten the world. If you don't see all this, you're as big a dumbass as the rest of the democrats I know.

Here is the deal with China. They say they can't control NK. The US is threatening trade sanctions because China is doing nothing.
China's response yesterday was 'Trade between the US and China has nothing to do with NK behavior.'
If that's the case we should tell China "OK, we'll handle it. We're gonna bomb the shite out of NK and you will have no response, right?"
China: "Of course we will respond."
US: "Then you admit NK is your baby and you are responsible for their behavior. Now handle it."

If they are actually saying that, then Trump's job is to make them understand that it has everything to do with trade with China. Play a little hard ball with reductions in trade, and they'll publically eviscerate the guy if we want.
