If they do hire him look for Patterson to jump ship the same day. Pattersons pops thinks Les is a Clown.

It seems you cared enough to post in a thread about it.

this has certainly been the talk here in MS since the position became available. as far as I am concerned, Les to Ole Miss would be a damn nightmare scenario. no reason why he shouldn' win 80% of his games at another SEC school just like he did at LSU and that creates basically another bama scenario within the SEC west.

Yeh because LSU and ole miss are comparable programs

Look at Ok. State...he would be lucky to go 28-21 in the SEC with ole miss

My AVI is feeling your sig Lacour.

I thought Les did a huge disservice to his legacy by not stepping down at the end of 2015.

No matter the results from taking this job, and I don't think they would be good, this would make it even worse.

ETA:

Or maybe the NCAA will go easy on Ole Miss since now the main problem for them(Freeze) is gone and Ole Miss only gets a few scholarships taken away
OM has taken the exact opposite stance on this throughout. They have gone way out of their way to defend Freeze every step of the way and even went as far as expecting the NCAA to believe this whirlwind of shite was going on around him but he was a victim.

It's way too late for that position. Their prior position lent to the LOIC charge(s). None of that goes away and new manure gets piled on to switch.

Ask John Brady how well that theory works.

The dumb ones are those who believe that OM won't retain Matt Luke. He has been coaching there for 10 years

Which is exactly why they can't hire him full time.

Next coach should do OK for a while with a pretty good amount of talent, that's IF all the illegal players don't transfer

You're absolutely delusional if you don't think Miles would jump at the chance to coach them.
