Where to buy good pimento cheese spread? (not commercial premade)

Calvin's also if you're in BR.

I buy Palmetto with jalapenos all the time, though. It's very good for a commercial brand.

It's basically 5 ingredients
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Mayonnaise
Tabasco
Cayenne
Roasted red peppers (I use pequillo)

You can even cheat and buy shredded cheese and a jar of roasted peppers to save time.

to add to those not listed, zoe's and maxwell's have good pimento cheese

Was in Calvin's Bocage Mkt. last week before heading to the beach to pick up chicken salad. They had a special pimento cheese - I think it said "Lauren's special pimento" - I got some and it was delish. They also had their regular store-made too. The "Lauren's" was also store-made.
