She was featured on one of the covers of EW wearing it so they haven't tried to keep it secret EW cover (scroll down a little).

I think that's still bullshite because Maesters are going to figure out what that means. It just spoiling what happens.

Oh I agree with you. It's a pretty big tell as to the fate of some characters.
Unless it's all a mind frick and she gets it some other way. I really can't figure out why they would show something so important knowing that fans will dissect every bit of information found in pics, video, etc.
(Possible spoiler for some)
I do think Sansa will be the one to end him, as she did Ramsey. I know it's GOT and they like to do the unexpected but it's really the only way to do justice to his death. I hope the opening scene from the trailer is her walking away with the dagger and LF dead by her hand.

Just because she has the dagger doesn't mean she killed Littlefinger to get it. There are a variety of ways it could have ended up in the hands of Arya and not all of them end in death.

No, there's only one way they're getting that dagger, and it's over Littlefinger's body. In order for the Starks to even want that dagger, they'll have to find out what Littlefinger has actually done, which they'll kill him over pretty immediately (regardless of which Stark does it).
EDIT: I can think of one other reason they would want it besides what it represents: it's effective against the White Walkers. Jon may ask him to hand it over due to that.

I think it's a nice courtesy to give someone a head's up but I wish there was a real spoiler function. Or the ability to type in white, which isn't perfect, but either way one would have to physically look for the spoiler.
