With two outs even if 1st base is occupied, still have to make the throw to first. One of the stupidest rules in baseball, but it's the rule.

With 2 outs...it doesn't matter if the base is occupied or not. On a dropped 3rd strike, a player my run to first no matter if there is no one on or if the bases are loaded.
