If the reason you shave or grow out a beard is to impress women then you're doing it wrong.
Just do what you want and don't care women think (all within reason of course), and the women will come. Women are attracted to confidence more than anything (besides money, obviously) and being yourself is confidence.
Women can also smell desperation a mile away. And OP is clearly desperate (as well as a lady boy that's jelly he grows facial hair like a 14 yr old)

Beside the fact my beard grows in like natural white trash I haven't been able to grow one because of my job and I've never had a problem pulling trim.

Never used this term until now, but that is Beta.
I would never accept a job with prior knowledge that I would have to be clean shaven to work there.
I did have one job that after a year they tried to implement a new policy regarding facial hair. I essentially told them to kiss my arse or lose me because it wasn't happening. Worked there another year before moving on and they never tried to ask me to shave again.
But as for your situation, won't McDonald's allow you to wear a beard net when you're working the grill?

Considering I am dumb frick and some how tricked these stupid fricks to pay me close to 4 years salary more than what I was making before without a college degree I'll take the no beard policy.

If you are chubby, and most dudes are, do not grow a thick beard and brush it against the grain! You will look unkemp and even fatter. Add dip, cap, and glasses to complete the look? Nooooooooooooooo........
