Fastest growing shade tree?

What's the fastest growing shade tree that would reach 30'-40' in the shortest amount of time?

Green Ash grow pretty fast.
A Drake Elm won't get that big as quick but can provide a decent amount of shade pretty quickly also.

Sawtooth oak grows fast as hell. No idea if it's considered a shade tree.

cotton wood, yellow poplar, sycamore for fast growing.

sawtooth oaks, planted 3 saplings 10-12 years ago, they are 25-30' now and providing good shade to west side of house...

River birch grows really fast. But is it considered a shade tree? Tulip poplar grows fast also, but is it a shade tree?

Royal empress.(Paulownia tormentosa) hands down. At least 10 foot a year.

I have a three year old river birch that's 20 ft tall and another one that's probably 2 years old that's has grown 5 feet this year already my vote is river birch.. They like sandy soil
