Logan, Watchmen, Social Network, Inception are all very solid.
The trailer has become an artform in the last 10-15 years.
I'd add:
Garden State - Yeah it's super emo, but quite a beautiful trailer
Mad Max Fury Road
Deadpool
Where the Wild Things Are (what a forgotten movie)
If you go back and watch old trailers, most are pretty horrendus (on the plus side, old trailers give way less away).

This is the best trailer for me. I did not even know the movie was being made. I was a huge fan of the first three movies. Then during a football game, the commercial came on...
Was like "Hell yes"
Jason Bourne

Watchmen trailer was awesome.
Two others that always come to mind for me are Godzilla (2014) and Friday the 13th (2009). Being a big fan of both franchises, the movies were pretty big letdowns based off of how the trailers looked. FT13 was great for about 20 minutes then trailed off hard. Godzilla was pretty good but didn't quite live up to my expectations, the trailer had a much more apocalyptic feel to it that the film lacked.

T2 was pretty damn good.
The Rogue one second trailer was awesome just for the last scene.

I thought Sucker Punch was going to be awesome due to the trailer...

Any trailer for a Fincher movie. He is the king of great trailers.

The most effective trailers I have ever seen:
The Dark Knight Theatrical Trailer ("Let's put a smile on that face!")
Star Wars: The Force Awakens Theatrical Trailer ("Chewy....we're home.")

I just think the original is best. Gave me goose bumps when I fist saw it. The Force Awakens no1
