NOLA folks are always great when it comes to smartassery
Posted on 5/23/17 at 1:05 pm to upgrayedd
I don't see that as smartassery - just the plain truth.

Along with this giant eyesore...NOLA is just becoming another soulless generic city.

shite pisses me off to no end.
Highest levels of transparency.
eta....this is one of the biggest complaints. Of all the issues with the city, they decide to pay for this.
Even after raising taxes last election.

The cost for that far exceeded $600k in fact I suspect just that one statute cost around $1.9 million to remove.

going out on a limb here, but it sounds like you're taking yourself off of the Landrieu steering committee for the next election aren't you?

Dog catcher position doesn't exist in NOLA so no need for Mitch form another steering committee.

Now, this goodie from Project NOLA's FB page:
Earlier today, the ENTIRE 7th District was not able to communicate with their dispatcher via the radio. Last week, ProjectNOLA staff had to quickly relay an emergency request for backup to an officer's dispatcher, as the dispatcher was not able to hear the officer's request for assistance over the air.

Anyone think Mitch's mistress will leave him once his term is up?
She got him to take down the statues and he'll no longer be a sitting mayor. Hmmmm.
