What was the guy mad about? Looks to me like the cop had on his flashers and was there to help the guy, and he came out pissed for no reason?

ETA: I'm on the officer side here, dude came out of his car like a jackwagon for no apparent reason and approached the cop too quickly for comfort.

That was AWESOME. I'm not even really sure what happened, but what I do know is that was totally sweet. That old dude took voltage for talking shite.

The officer did not even give him any commands. The guy clearly stopped and then got zapped. . He probably stopped because he saw the Taser. At that point I don't know if it was necessary.

didn't know what he was saying but except for jumping out of the car quickly and pointing, don't see what the tasing was for, it's not against the law to be an a-hole, if it were, bye bye TD, from just looking at the video, seems excessive action on the Five-O

I'm a pro police as possible in a lot of instances. This is not one of them. You are trained to meet the force you are given with the same appropriate level of force. The Officer provided no LOUD verbal commands, or anything else prior to engaging the individual. I won't say suspect as to me, I do not see what the individual did other than to possibly have a broken down vehicle pulled off the main roadway.

I would be in the process of lawyering up if I was that man.

A precautionary tale/warning. Do not advance aggressively and quickly towards an officer of the law. If you've got shite going on that you're upset about then sit tight and explain it to the officer when he asks you what the deal is.

Pretty much how I feel after seeing that cop drop that old dude without even warning him.

Coming out of the car and aggressively pointing at a cop is probably not a good idea.

Do any of y'all actually listen or read before you post? The cop clearly states to dispatch this man had been out in traffic obstructing (i.e. acting irrationally. Then, he comes out very aggressively. Say hello to Mr. Watts!

He stated there were reports of him waving traffic down. Which is not illegal.
