Really thought he'd make it in the league and being drafted by the Seahawks was a good fit for his size/style.
Hope he catches on somewhere, I can't imagine he won't at least end up on another practice roster

Now back to his throne to serve the great town of Eunice as it's king.

I think he's the kind of corner that might successfully make the transition to free safety and prolong his career. He's physical enough to play back there and still able to cover a lot of receivers 1 on 1 - cornerback is getting so specialized that it's tough for big physical guys to stay at the position if they lose even a touch of speed in their mid/late 20s.

4 year NFL career and playing in/winning a super bowl is nothing to sneeze at if it's over for him.
Not everyone can have a 10+ year career

Agreed, he also may not be completely done. Seattle loves tall cornerbacks. He could head back there for a bit.

In better DBU news, Jalen Mills is expected to start for the Eagles

Up vote #8 checking in. My thoughts exactly.

I seem to remember him getting burned a lot in school.

Doesn't 4 years qualify him for NFL retirement benefits?

Needed one more year in college. It's a fact.

His sophomore year was much better than his Jr year, I thought he'd replace browner for the Seahawks at some point.
Not saying he's done or didn't make it all, i just thought he was drafted into the best position to be a starter by now.
I mean, Seattle is as far away from Eunice as it gets.

If this is the end, he stayed in the league longer than I thought he would.

Damn, was hoping he'd be a starter so I can see my eagles feast

Come on over to Big D we need corners.

I'm not sure about 4 years for players. But coaches have a magic number of 10 years for full retirement

Damn. That's a setback to his project housing real estate goals.
