At this point, no. I do think there are some alarming connections he and people who worked on his campaign have to some Russians. But that alone doesn't prove collusion.

I don't even understand how this theory works. Is the theory that Trump and the Russians had a wink and a nod deal to use Russian hackers to hack the DNC and release through Wikileaks? They would have no idea if there was any damning info in those emails so it's really nonsensical. And why would the Russians need any cooperation from Trump or his campaign to do this? If this was their goal it would be common sense to remain as detached as possible.
It's plausible that the Russians deliberately sought to negatively impact Clinton's campaign through hacking emails but I fail to see why coordinating with Trump and team in these clandestine efforts even remotely makes sense.
