As long as the government incentivizes unwed pregnancy and takes care of people from cradle to grave, this problem won't go away. The unwed birth rate is spiking among us white folk too. Trashy folk are having 4-5 kids on the taxpayers dime while educated folk are waiting until 30 or not at all so they can pay off student loans.

If you notice all races are higher for native groups. People have learned to play the Medicaid system. Tell the government you aren't married don't know the baby daddy. You get free medical care for delivery and many extras for the pregnant mom. Then child is born and gets assistance and free medical, dental and drug coverage.
This even works if you are illegal and get pregnant while living in the US.
