The only reasonable thing to do in these situations is to arrest them. What they are doing is extortion. There is no requirement whatsoever to listen to their concerns or "have a conversation," which is code for them shouting and you standing there silent holding your balls.

These people are bat shite crazy. They want housing provided specifically for them. They then want to be in charge of managing it themselves. Only blacks can live there, but at the same time they want all freshman to have to take diversity courses. So whitey has to be tolerant of them and welcome diversity but they can segregate themselves. Then they talk about this land being taken from indigenous people. What the school should do is cut the power off to the building and give them 5 minutes to vacate the building then lock it up.
