It is worth noting that most on the OT predicted this would be the outcome from the beginning. While the media and social media painted the cops as guilty.

A couple things ...

"no evidence upon which prosecutors can rely to disprove Wilson’s stated subjective belief that he feared for his safety.”"

This line from the Michael brown case is tellling. "Subjective belief"; it's his word vs no one else's. I like how they put that in there. Only Wilson will ever know the truth. They just can't disprove his. Doesn't mean he's not lying.

2. They purposely came to an agreement with the Walter scott case today to mellow the national reaction. Smart I guess, but that was strategic. Can't haven't the bad case dominating the news cycle.

3. Lynch and her DOJ left the Gardner case to Sessions DOJ. Even if they did find those cops innocent, I trust that she would have given him a thorough investigation. I am highly skeptical with Sessions

Nothing is official yet. Washington Post just trying to be first and get people worked up. Terrible reporting

As it should be. Justice Department 100% got it right. The man had a lifelong criminal history and was happened to get killed when he was doing, no shocker, more criminal activity. He deserves zero sympathy, but prepare for the mass amount of riots from ignorant human beings anyway.
