I wouldn't read too much in to it. Those giant sell walls always move when it gets close.

Sell walls kind of don't matter much anymore like they used to. The algos will throw them up and pull them down with the quickness as market conditions change

I bought more BTFX (leveraged 2X Bitcoin Derivative) this morning, funded by an equal sell of FBTC. I did a similar trade 4 days ago after Bitcoin started its pullback. My plan is to dollar cost average buy BTFX during significant enough Bitcoin pullbacks. As long as Bitcoin keeps falling, I'll continue to do this a few more times. Most investors cannot handle this strategy and many sell instead locking in losses or reduced gains. I'll start selling the BTFX I am converting to and putting it back into FBTC once Bitcoin rises above $70K. It's basically a strategy to increase my FBTC without putting out anymore cash. It's very much like creating my own dividend and reinvesting it.

I’m a simple man. Number go significantly down, smash buy. Hold.

Please explain to me how you’re going to avoid the long term volatility drag and subsequent decay?

Leveraged spot etfs are really meant to hold for the day, not long term holds.

Anyone else notice SOL staking rewards have slowed posting credits? APR is the same, but rewards are being applied at longer intervals, even though the amount has not changed. Coinbase used to update every 2-3 days, now 8. Today, it updated twice, but the interval is still longer when averaged out.

That’s great, but generally not going to work out well.

I’m in though - going to try a trade today.

Interesting. I'll wait and see what it's about. Could be big. Could be nothing.

I love that the BTC MAXI's true colors are coming out once again.

So much glee w/ what the SEC is trying to do.

They'll root for the government is if helps them.

SAD

(not referencing you bottomland. I'm just saying I'm seeing it a lot on twitter.)

Very surprising to me. BTC almost suffered the same fate.

Oops! Apparently this is old news. My bad

Flash crash of btc last night? I’d love to hear y’all’s opinions on what happened and what it means?

The street

quote:

An unknown entity sold over 400 bitcoin in a short period of time on the BitMEX BTC/USD spot market,” Joe Parys reported in the video above. “BitMEX began investigating the situation internally, but this was massive. You can see these huge wicks as a rogue seller on BitMEX spot market … (brought) the price as low as $8,900.”
