Is Breitbart about to turn on Trump?

I feel like they've never been so close - at least half of their lead headlines are critical of Trump over the past 10 days.
In a way, Trump is fortunate that Bannon is still on his staff, because that may be the only thing holding them back for now.
Trump either doesn't realize or doesn't care that a large portion of his base (and the most passionate portion) is about to turn on him as well.
If this budget fully funds PP but not the wall I suspect all hell will break lose

While I was way off on the election map, I did predict
1) Putin and Trump would have a falling out - TRUE
2) Trump supporters and Trump would have a falling out - coming soon?
Hope so, it'll be great drama

Not really; a poll (yeah I know) came out the other day saying 94% of his supporters (base) think he's doing a good job and they're behind him.

I'm frankly stunned by it. I wouldn't have had a hard time believing it except for the aggressive start that Bannon/Trump got off to.
The first warning sign was when Trump accepted Flynn's resignation - the MAGA trendline has been downhill from there

I doubt there is as much tension with everyday supporters as you see on here
But I could definitely see him staying popular with his true base (average Americans) while losing favor among the passionate, meme-creating types (here, pol, 4chan, etc.). There just aren't that many people in the latter category.

I would still say he's doing a good job at this point, but all the signs are that this is about to become GWB's third term

For some reason people expected him to wave a magic wand and everything would be swell. It is going to be an uphill shitfight the whole way. Only a handful in Washington are on his side. He has to take on the whole globalist establishment. He may be in over his head but for fricks sake he's the only one leading any kind of charge against the corrupt bastards.

You better be wrong Winston!!!! I just don't think he'll allow his presidency to become a giant 'meh'

Probably because trump loved to say how easy it would be for him alone to fix everything.

trump has to transition from Breitbart crowd to a majority middle in 4 years
It is what it is- he won't win the same way he did this go around

I agree with what you're saying, but I'll add that I feel like he's not fighting hard enough anymore. He seems to be letting the Progs have every thing they want and we aren't getting much in return.
If we fund PP and rescue Obamacare and get nothing in return then Trump will have let us all down.

Can't wait for Trump to call them fake news

Only true conservatives or alt-right listen or read Breitbart
If they go against Trump it will hurt his approval numbers.
He needs his base for political power. If he loses his base this hurt the GOP in 18 and 20.

I share the impression with other MAGAs that Trump seems poised to do far more capitulating than fighting against the establishment.
He hasn't concretely done anything terrible yet but all the signs are there and have been there since that first solid month.

You may be right, but I'm hoping he is just doing this for maneuvering purposes. Throw them a bone now to get something in return, and later on take the bone back.

what are true conservatives or alt rights alternative options?
they will split elections vs cuck GOP and Alt Rights and lose some

Don't worry, just get your Trump propaganda elsewhere. Give Alex Jones a try- he's great and completely sane.

If I was a Breitbart fan, which I'm not, I would be touting this as a positive. I'd claim it's proof they can scold Trump when he needs to be called out on something. Not that any of that is true, but I'm honestly surprised if that isn't the narrative.

For some reason? That was his campaign.

His supporters/voters just are realizing that they bought the snake oil.
2016 had the choice between two paper plates full of shite. Trump plate was Chinette. He boasted his way to the White House while the Dems "olded" their way out of it.
Hillary was as appealing to voters as an enema. "Yeah I gotta shite, but don't want to put that thing up my arse. "
Sadly future couple elections will have dems running out old worn out tires vs. the GOP who will be backbiting and calling each other "cuck" and "redneck".
8 years from now congress will have a session like Singapore (I believe) did a few years ago. Members running around flailing their microphones and stands at each other.
