Sitting here watching bits of "The Lost Boys" and realizing how bad it really is (even though I thought it was bad arse when it came out), got me wondering what is the best vampire movie.

I like "Interview with a Vampire", but cannot think of any other vampire movies I've seen and enjoyed.

What you got?

My favorite is Blade, but I'm not really a vampire fan.

Eta: Also like Once Bitten just as a fun movie to watch.

Maybe Bram Stoker's?

Interview had some really cool parts.

The Hammer Dracula films and The Lost Boys are 1A, 1B

The Lost Boys would be undisputed #1 if this guy turned out to be the lead vampire

Let the Right One In is a genuinely high quality movie.

There are a lot of cheesy vampire movies out there that I enjoy because I think they are fun. Lost Boys is kind of like that.

There's one that all I can remember is a scene where a spur on one of the vampire's boots is used to slit a victim's throat. I remember it being one of those kind of fun gore fest movies that I like sometimes, but I know that I haven't seen it since like 9th grade. I wonder if I would still enjoy it today.

Supposedly the Dracula movie with Christopher Lee is supposed to be a classic, but I have never seen it. Likewise the old 1922 Nosferatu.

The Fearless Vampire Killers, or Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck (shortened to The Fearless Vampire Killers; originally released in the UK as Dance of the Vampires)

Fright Night, Salem's Lot, and the Hammer films for me. As much as I love 80s horror I never really got into The Lost Boys, too many mullets and too many Corys. There is a fine line for the 80s between really cool and way too much

I forgot that flick that I watched on netflix kind of recently. A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night. I thought it was actually really good.
