Great team that should have finished 10-0-1.

Certainly should have finished no worse than 11-1.

Dominated Tennessee, and led by 10 going into the 4th. Sloppy play escorted the underdog Vols back in the game, and Fuad Reveiz actually had a chance to win on the last play.

The defense that stifled Alabama in B'ham had no answer for Miss St's JOHN BOND! And to lose to a bad Tulane team at home was unforgivable.

With all that, the Tigers played outstanding football in the Orange Bowl, before giving up two long drives late in the game to lose to Nebraska 21-20.

Tackle Willie Gault and its 11-0...12-0 if they score 2 more points against Nebraska.

Ugh! Yeah I was in Starkeville, and I don't even want to talk about Tulane in a rain storm at Tiger Stadium.
