Interdasting

Darnell's NBA ties would have been nice, but Tas should be a big help with recruiting when they get kids on campus.

Tas gave everything he had for 4/5 years, including playing out of position. Great role model for the players.

This is great news. He didn't go back to France to play ball this past fall because his parents house flooded and he's been helping them with the repairs. He's also been helping out with my son's AAU league, he's truly an awesome guy.

he's been coaching in HS, not really experienced but doesn't have to be in this role. He'll be a solid ambassador for the program and probably has some good ties into the local basketball scene

Mitchell should be a great role model to the current/future team. He went through it all at LSU. He was a key piece of the Final Four team as a Freshman. Had to miss a year due to injury (note: I don't think Brady gets fired in '08 if Mitchell doesn't get hurt. He would have been in the lineup with two future NBA players, Thornton and Randolph).

He was a huge piece of the SEC championship team in 09. Then the ONLY piece on a horrible last place 09-10 team. Through it all he always played hard.

There are a lot worse people Wade could have on staff than Mitchell
