Supercell in Cleburne, AL about to cross into Carroll County, GA. Gunning for the northern metro. Baseball size hail. Now tornado warned.

Yeah that just came through my neck of the woods. Nasty

Glenn Burns talking about how he's never seen radar indicated 4 inch hail before

I'm watching his Twitter feed. Best meteorologist in the metro IMO.

Just drove home from Florence to Columbia. Other than a heavy batch of rain nothing major. No idea what's in store tonight.
As long as these things avoid NE Columbia and Sumter (Mom and Sis) I'll be good.
Stay safe in SC tonight everyone!

Local weather says we could get another round of storms later tonight but they didn't seem as concerned as they were earlier.

There's a cell headed towards Marietta that looks nasty.

I suppose all this rain has cooled things down a bit. Cooler air=less chance for a tornado
I've never of this many warnings either. Usually by the time the fronts reach us they've weakened considerably. Not today.

Tornado in Bucksport, SC. It's about the halfway point between Conway, SC and Georgetown, SC. Headed north towards Conway.

News said it was headed this way, but looks like it dissipated.

I'm off Hwy 90 between Conway and Tilly Swamp and we've had really heavy rain and bad lightning.

Damn I think the NWS in Peachtree is about to have to issue a tornado warning for themselves, that cell headed right for them is showing a tornadic signature. That would be an odd feeling.

Weather Channel saying 3 people were struck by lightning

Paulding County, in the outer metro, is possibly in the track of one of the big ones coming out of Alabama.

Here's one outside of Statesboro

Yikes. Looks like we were spared here in the northern metro. South Georgia seemed to get the brunt of it again.
