is our fan base that dense to where they're equating maineri to les and jones? that just doesn't make sense on any level
I have always been one of those that thinks we could technically do better than Maineri, but it's not as simple as firing someone who's been a national seed five straight years.
HOWEVER, he definitely deserves a lot of heat for hiring Gibbs. Gibbs will probably end up being a good coach, but this stage right now is way too big for him

When you say "loses out" what specifically do you mean?
I contend that if he starts the year in the Top 5 with 2 possible All-American pitchers - but doesn't make it out of the Regionals..... that is an F grade

Why is it that when someone thinks the baseball team is not very good people automatically say they must not watch much LSU baseball? What does meeting CPM have to do with how well he can coach? I have met a lot of really nice people but does not mean they should be coaching LSU baseball.

Not this team. Not enough of a talent base. Amazing, considering this is LSU Baseball.

Yea, Im kind of surprised everyone is losing their shite. Doesnt LSU go through a stretch like this nearly every year?
