Georgia lineup:

Maxwell CF
Shepherd SS
McGovern LF
Curry DH
Campbell RF
Schunk 3B
Sasser 1B
Biggar C
Proctor 2B

Locey RHP

I want the Tigers to win big again!

FYI: Do not believe the graphic. Poche will be pitching left-handed tonight.

I'm behind this year with baseball. Should we read anything into Coomes getting the start behind the dish?

You should read something into everything. This is the Rant!

LOL... but Mr. Rabbit... you seem to be the voice of reason/knowledge with baseball.

I know Pap has had some struggles. Is this a night off to give him some rest and maybe clear his head / get a different view... or might we be seeing a change?

Hasn't Coomes been catching for Poche' all season?

Mainieri likes to give the young kids some experience. Coomes has started a few games. Pap had a couple hits last night. Giving everyone game experience is important down the road.

I wouldn't read anything into it. Coach has a way of doing what he wants despite the wishes of the Rant.

Dups and Krob from last night.

Coomes catching :itshappening:

Reid DH, he is probably the most solid hitting DH

"LSU LHP Jared Poche’ (4-0, 0.00 ERA) will square off against Georgia's Tony Locey (2-2, 7.47 ERA)."
Hope the streak continues! Being baseball these things have a way of evening out eventually.

So do the Aggies. Kentucky has already won that series, at A&M.

Let's take our first SEC series!

I can be back on the BPB tonight. Assuming of course, that I'm even wanted back after we score 22 runs in my absence

If Romero can't throw, then they need to get Coomes some game experience to have a reliable backup. :agree:

Have at it, Cheer. We're sure you're good for a few runs. Maybe not 22.

Can someone explain to me why Charlie Hanagriff is not doing baseball games with Chris Blair? What did I miss?

I was good for 15 innings in my last game. Somehow I doubt we'll see a repeat of either.
