The judge has a statement saying he never said such
Nothing was ever proven either way
Comes to light the alleged victim was in violation of her probation. A 79 grand theft

Hopefully this is a mistake and she was revoked not just terminated
If she's revoked it means she has to serve her suspended jail time
If it's terminated unsat she won't have to serve the jail time but she won't be eligible for probation if she commits another felony.

Does anyone not think this whole allegation was just an attempt to get her conviction dismissed. It worked for lots of Folks in Timmy Ellender's court.

When she got into it with Erwin, at Sammy's, did she know who he was? For some reason I thought that I read she did know who he was, because he took on another legal situation she was involved in.
If she did.. I would not be surprised that, after having an argument with Erwin, she thought that if she could convince everyone he called her the "n" word, it would somehow help her current legal problems. That are see is just a run of the mill dumb frick... Possibly both.

Pretty sure I saw Ms. Johnson at Allstar Toyota service department last Friday morning. I had to do a google image search since her hair style was different. I matched the upper chest tattoos to confirm.

Yep. Was the Judge that heard one of her recent cases which didn't have a favorable outcome for her (not sure if it was for drugs or the $79K).
