I can't remember the last time I didn't want to snatch you through the screen after reading one of your posts. I agree.
Get after Boko Haram. The Philipino's need to take on their issue though. Hopping island to island will be bloody for sure.

Election season is shite talk season.
Here's an up-to-date interactive map of Syria. Notice all the yellow around Raqqa--that's the Kurds and their Arab allies. US special forces have been imbedded with them for years and they've made astonishing advances with US-led coalition support. They don't even have any heavy weapons--just small arms and our airstrikes. They've been very effective.

ISIS is on the way out. Our strategy from the last few years has been working. Maybe not as quickly as possible, but it's working and we've committed a minimal number of US troops.

That's Taliban. Still a good video though.
If you want to see videos of actual ISIS getting killed, go to the CombatFootage subreddit.

Good stuff hill/grim
More dead radicals should make all parties happy
Hopefully Mad dog can finish them off but I'm curious as to strategy.

Can't we dust off some Sherman's from museums to help those brave men out or something?
Maybe a couple of APCs from Vietnam or even Korea.
We have to have some low tech shite we can afford to part with to help them trample those roaches.

burning children alive in cages is just being a 'boogeyman' huh?
The globalists/USA created AQ, ISIS, Syrian Rebels, etc. You notice a pattern yet? These groups are all wahabiist originating and funded/backed/trained by the US/CIA/Globalists. They just change the name as needed to fool the public. If Trump can't defeat the globalists and clean out the CIA, there will be another boogeyman created. They make them for a purpose.

They are being squeezed as well and are fleeing into neighboring countries.

I will be interested to see how this administration handles the inevitable insurgency that ISIS becomes.

Y'all are so polarized it's creepy
I make a joke about democrats in congress who would rather sit on their hands than express support for obvious good policy simply because Trump is behind it.
And your response is to say WE'RE the polarized ones.

Looks like Obama's strategy of limiting US ground troops and assisting the Iraqi military is working and has been for some time. Of course, Lying Ted wanted to use carpet bombing. What a fool.

quote:We actually did give the SDF a bunch of armored vehicles in January. It had been in the works for a few months and I'm glad that the Trump administration went ahead with it. I was a little worried that he might not support the Kurds as much because of how the Turks view them. It seems like Trump is listening to our military about what's working against ISIS, because I think there was another supply of the SDF recently.

Technically I think those things went to the SDF and not the YPG, because they're not an explicitly Kurdish group and they don't have the political baggage that comes with the YPG (Turkey HATES the YPG because they see them an an extension of the PKK).
Looks like Guardians

That gave me an ameriboner. But I didn't see where the guy threw his AK down and threw his hands up. What frame was that? I certainly don't mind watching again to laugh once more

Who cares how many were being killed why Obama was in office? If he didn't use the term "radical Islamic terrorist" the numbers mean nothing.

Some of you progressives should go join them to protest trump!

Good.
But why do people in that part of the world love to become big targets by getting on the tops of vehicles? That's so weird to me.

I assume they're well behind the front lines in that photo. I think that photo was taken while a journalist was checking out the vehicle shortly after the vehicles arrived.
edit: yep, that's an RT Arabic correspondent in the front seat, so definitely not a combat situation

Well, ISIS can always reduce their draft age to 9 years old.
