80 foot jump going by Google map and its measuring tool. On the 2014 map there's a car parked in the same spot as the one that got landed on. I measured to the front of that car. I Guessed where the culvert and bank slope was.

Apparently the road block had nothing to do with the chase. The news said they were there working another accident and had the road blocked for that reason.
