I can take benefits with insurance,pto,retirement benifits,etc
Or take increase in $6 per hour with no benifits

Benefits in a heart beat.
ETA: I always took benefits for granted until I didn't have them. My employer pays me well, but I'd take a significant cut in pay to have full benefits

Benefits, especially with 401k matching.

It's great. My parents say benifits and the more I think about it the more benifits makes sense

Saving that money so I can be an OT baller one day

If you can still be on your parents health insurance and they don't match 401k it's actually closer than the experts think.
But still probably benefits.

Benefits without a doubt

Six bucks an hour is about 12,000 a year. So the math. I would take benefits.

Benefits. Worth much more than $6/hour

You have to spend if you want to ball.
Benefits are always good to have. Your employer may not be as willing to extend those benefits to you next year whereas salary increases (cost of living, merit) are usually a yearly thing.
