I've said from the minute the story came out, "Oh, if she took a seat he saved, he most likely was a huge a-hole to her. But I'll bet money he didn't say the N word."
That's all we have been saying(those who know him). Not defending his crotchety nature at the bar. Just his integrity as he is fair in his courtroom and, when at the bar, he distributes the wrath equally upon all patrons.

Yeah, looks like he got into the confrontation and didn't back down. Probably lectured her. None of that is wrong to do. But it appears one guys is tapping him on the shoulder kind of just telling him to let it be.
But I was looking for some sort of big reaction from her or her group. When an N-bomb gets dropped, I expect to see some sort of reaction, which I did not see.
